 10/5/2007 - Buffalo, New York - Dom attended the Buffalo Sabres season opening 6-4 loss to the NY Islanders at HSBC Arena in Buffalo today. Uncle Mike came thru again with tickets at the last minute. Dom enjoyed dinner at his favorite burger place in the world Reids then off to HSBC. The Sabres unveiled their North East Division champ and President Trophy banners and the new highdef scoreboards were impressive and the arena was soldout but all this was not enough to help the Sabres beat a determined Islanders club. Mike Comrie's two goals and two assists proved too much for a shaky defensive and goaltending performance by the Sabres. Dom although disappointed by the loss still had a good time cheering on his Sabres team.Slideshow |
