10/31/2020 - Rochester, New York - I hopped in the car, on a cold but sunny Halloween afternoon, to head East down Lake Ontario State Parkway to just off Lake Avenue to the hidden gem of fall foliage Turning Point Park in Rochester, New York. The park offers fantastic views along the banks of the Genesee River's peak fall foliage. The trail meanders along the banks of the river offering fantastic panoramic views of the area. A special treat was the big concrete ship, the McKeil Spirit, was making a delivery to Lehigh Cement company. I took some nice photos and managed to get some good drone shots and footage also. This is a very nice park, a hidden gem that is now on my radar for many future visits. An excellent day of fall foliage only minutes away, I will definitely be back.Slideshow |
