Enjoying Maui's Beaches, Whales And Sunsets - Part IV

3/31/2016 - Maui, Hawaii - The last few days of our annual Maui trip had all the things we love about our home away from home. We headed back to Lahaina for the second Ultimate Whale Watch. We encountered many whales and some dolphins on this trip but nothing even close to the tremendous one we did prior in the week. We spent more quality time at the Kaanapali Shores pool drinking and sunning. We even went next door to our favorite other pool at Kaanapali Beach club. We enjoyed a nice sunset and then dinner at the Beach Club. The next day we started with breakfast at Slappy Cakes a nice place with chocolate pancakes. We then hopped in the car and headed west to take the annual climb down the mountain to Nakalele Blowhole. The blowhole was not very active but we did take the drone out for some nice shots of the Maui coastline and mountain side. We took in the daily sunset and headed back into Lahaina for dinner at the Maui Hard Rock Café. We did a little shopping and browsing at the art galleries included Dom's favorite Vladimir Kush. The last full day we headed east to probably our favorite beach on the island, Makena Big Beach. We did some boogie boarding and again took the drone out to get some nice aerials of the beach. We stopped for a Coldstone lunch in Kihei and back to the condo for the final sunset with dinner from Pizza Paradiso. Sadly the Maui trip is coming to an end. 1 2 3 5 Slideshow
