 8/7/2021 - Watkins Glen, New York - Today to celebrate Deb's birthday, we decided to take a road trip down 390 to 490 to 90 to Route 14 south along the Western edge of Seneca Lake to our final destination the exploration of the gorgeous Watkins Glen State Park located right in the heart of Watkins Glen, New York. It was nice day for a trip and we unexpectedly hit Watkins Glen on a race day so the area was pretty busy. We arrived mid day and explored this gem of a park with it's beautiful waterfalls and fantastic gorge views. A great day to explore and celebrate Deb's birthday. We had a nice dinner at the Village Marina located on the southern tip of Seneca Lake offering very nice lake views. It was nice way to spend Deb's special day and a good time was had !Slideshow |
