 8/25/2011 - Farmington, New York - Today the Florio's went to Finger Lakes Racetrack for the eighth annual outing of a day at the races for some thoroughbred horse racing action. It was a very nice late August day and we started with a free lunch at Coles & Parks Restaurant in Victor courtesy of Deb. We then headed to the track, where we managed to pick a couple small winners on the muddy track but nothing really worth mentioning. Dad took a quick jaunt to the casino and won some nice coin on the Video Poker machines to make a small profit for the day. The day also included a trip to Eastview Mall for some back to school shopping and a nice dinner at TGI Fridays. A nice day enjoyed by all.Slideshow |
