 11/19/2011 - Hershey, Pennsylvania - Today we took a road trip to see Nicole's idol Demi Lovato in concert at the sweetest place on earth the Hershey Theatre in Hershey Pennsylvania. The journey began early on what was a very nice November day for a road trip. We arrived early afternoon at our hotel, the Best Western Inn Hershey, which was just ok but only a couple miles from the Hershey Theatre. We had a quick early dinner at Friendly's then off to the show. The girls had an all access pass which included attending the sound check with Demi performing some songs and a meet and greet with Demi before the show. The girls were blown away by the sound check and tremendously excited to meet one of their idols. Nicole presented Demi with a scrapbook of her Demi fandom and was absolutely thrilled to be able to spend time with her idol. After the meet and greet the girls changed into their Demi gear from head to toe and we went to the show. The Hershey Theatre is a very nice venue and the show opened with We The Kings, who did a good set that was very well received by the audience. Demi then made her debut on stage and put on a good show that included lots of choreographed dancing and singing. Demi could have done anything and the crowd would have loved it. The next day we made a quick stop at Hersheys Chocolate World for a quick tour. A VERY enjoyable trip that the girls will cherish for a long time.Slideshow |
