 8/28/2012 - Lewiston, New York - The Pink Floyd cover band The Machine made there annual visit to Artpark Tuesday In The Park today in Lewiston. This was our third year in a row watching this band jam on Floyd tunes. Once again another perfect Tuesday night for a show, we arrived early and got a nice spot to view the band and their awesome light show. The band came on at 7 and played a great daylight set opening with what else Welcome To The Machine. As the show went into the night more and more lights were introduced and the music and the lasers impressed. The setlist included many classic and some obscure Pink Floyd tunes. Some of these included Pigs, Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Wish You Were Here and Time to name a few. They also threw in a couple of Dom's favorites from The Wall. Although they wanted to play as long as they could they stopped at 10 due to Artpark rules finishing with the laser light filled awesome cover of Comfortably Numb. A good show, although maybe not as good as last years show.Slideshow |
