 1/2/2015 - Buffalo, New York - We rang in the new year with family and delicious lobsters and decided to start the new year off with a road trip to downtown Buffalo to watch the Buffalo Sabres take on the Florida Panthers at First Niagara Center. At the last minute we picked up a couple of tickets on Stubhub.com dead center ice twenty-two rows up. The tickets were absolutely perfect and the price was excellent since the Sabres have continued to struggle this season. The Sabres played a pretty good game putting thirty shots on Roberto Loungo but were unable to beat him in a 2-0 losing effort. Michal Neuvirth played in the nets for the Sabres making some great saves to keep them in the game and the Sabres offense had scoring opportunities but just could not capitalize on them. Even with the loss it was a fun evening spent at First Niagara Center.Slideshow |
