Tedeschi Trucks Band Slide Into Downtown Syracuse

3/22/2022 - Syracuse, New York - Today, I headed East down the NYS Thruway to 690 East right into the heart of downtown Syracuse, New York to see the awesome Tedeschi Trucks Band perform at Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater. I arrived early and took some pictures of the area and had a drink at Ale 'n' Angus Pub. I headed into the theater that was a nice venue and I had a decent seat about ten rows back just left of center. There was an opening act of a band from New York City called The National Reserve. They were just okay and told a good story of their van breaking down on the way to the show and then getting a ticket. Tedeschi and Trucks came out soon after and did a great set. They did some excellent covers including a couple Derek and the Dominoes numbers like Bell Bottom Blues and Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad? and another good cover of James Taylor's Fire and Rain. They played many of their own classics like Shame and Midnight In Harlem. They came out for one encore of Show Me. A great show that comes with only one complaint, they should of played more !Slideshow
