Journey And Asia Rock Out The Blue Cross Arena |

 6/21/2017 - Rochester, New York - Another day and another free concert thanks to Deb , on this day we headed to Blue Cross Arena in downtown Rochester, New York to see the classic rock new inducted Rock Hall of Fame band Journey. We had decent tickets first row directly across from the stage. The opening band was Asia. They played a good set that included hits like Sole Survivor, Only Time Will Tell and closing with Heat of the Moment. Soon after Journey hit the stage and played a great set of their large catalog. They opened with Separate Ways and played many classics like Stone In Love, Wheel In The Sky and Open Arms to name a few. Arnel Pineda did a great job on vocals and Neal Schon jammed guitar solos leading into several songs. They finished the set with Don't Stop Believin' and came out for a couple encores of Escape and Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin' to close out what was a very good show.
