 7/24/2012 - Lewiston, New York - Today the rock band Heart played at Artpark in Lewiston, New York. It was a perfect evening weather wise and the place was absolutely PACKED. The opening act the Bruce Wojick Band was okay and had a variety of guitars including a special guest local guitarist Jamie Holka. Heart came out and opened with the title song from their new album Fanatic, then jumped into the older stuff. The set included hits such as Magic Man, Heartless, Straight On and finishing the set with Crazy On You and Barracuda. Ann and Nancy Wilson put on an excellent show and the sound was very good both musically and vocally. They finished with an encore cover of the Who's Love Reign O'er Me with Ann Wilson belting out the vocals better than Daltrey could. A good show overall. Slideshow |
