Chicago & Earth Wind & Fire Bring Heart & Soul To Blue Cross |

 10/19/2016 - Rochester, New York - We were back in downtown Rochester, New York again today to see a couple of Deb's favorite bands, Chicago and Earth Wind & Fire perform at Blue Cross Arena on their Heart and Soul 3.0 Tour. We purchased tickets for this show on a presale prior to general public availability and had excellent seats five rows back left center stage. The show started promptly at 7:30 and had both bands hitting the stage together for a few numbers opening with Chicago's Beginnings. Earth Wind & Fire then took the stage solo and played a great set that included such hits as Boogie Wonderland, Got To Get You Into My Life and After The Love Has Gone. Chicago followed after a brief intermission with their solo set of hits that included classics like Call On Me, Colour My World, Saturday In The Park and closing with Feelin' Stronger Every Day. Earth Wind & Fire then returned to the stage to join Chicago again to play a raucous final set of each others hits together. The set included September, Free, Sing A Song and they closed the evening with a nice jam on 25 or 6 to 4. An almost identical show as the last time we saw them together but still a great evening of entertainment.Slideshow | |
