 12/8/1970 - Brooklyn, New York - Donato Florio of Brooklyn, New York passed away today Tuesday December 8, 1970 at the age of 54. Donato was born on Wednesday January 26, 1916 to parents Giacomo and Theresa (Grieci) Florio. Donato married wife Carmela DeFranco on August 5th 1939 in Brooklyn, New York. They had three children Jack, Rocco and Theresa Florio. Surviving are his widow, Carmela; two sons Jack of Lockport and Rocco of Brooklyn; daughter Theresa of Brooklyn; his mother Mrs Theresa Florio; four grandchildren Jack Jr, Micheal, Daniel and Brian; a brother John and two sisters Josephine Florio and Elizabeth Florio Adams.
